FACTS ABOUT MARTIN "X-TC" DINJER
Born in April 1974 he soon found himself drawn to dark, twisted and creepy themes. Be it the tunnel-of-horror attractions at amusement parks, movies or music: Martin was always looking for the thrill of scares.
Reaching the age of fourteen he saw his first uncut horror-movie, "Nightmare on Elm-Street" and from that moment on the dream was born that he -one day- would design and create his own creatures, characters and scenes.
Pencils and inks gave way to Photoshop and 3D applications. Martin found his tools of trade with Poser, Cinema 4D and Photoshop which helped him create all the art you see on this website. All he knows is self-taught, Martin never ever had any courses about design, arts or 3D modelling.
At the time you're reading this, the artist just started to work with ZBrush which gives him much more freedom in creating unique characters. There's more to come soon, that's for sure.
When not creating digital nightmares he used to abuse the microphone in his band Spider Jerusalem, which for the moment is taking a break. Still music is an important factor in the life of Martin.

KITCHEN RUMORS
Martin's first creations were published under the name of "MaD ART" (now guess: yeah it's "Martin Dinjer". The fact that name was already been used in the internet (what a surprise) made the young man change into...
..."X-TC", which has its origin in the band "DEATH ANGEL"s song "EX-TC" which still is one of Martin's absolute favourites. It's not about the drug "ecstacy".
"MAD ART" published the first of a seven-parts comic called "PANDEMONIUM". The other 6 parts wait to be produced and published... still.
There was quite a witch-hunt on him after publishing "A LADY FOR DINNER" which was banned from all the online galleries he uploaded it to (not even the "explicit content" warning did help, and not even in galleries which published other artists' digital "bloodbaths").
From 2006-2009 the artist had to deal with many personal deep hits which gave him quite a struggle, ending up with not being able to create anything he'd be happy with. This website is part of his efforts to pull himself out of this deep hole of "anti-creativity".

Despite all his dark work, Martin is known as a very calm and friendly person (this is the very best rumor of all).

ART IS NOT ABOUT YOUR GRADUATION... IT IS ABOUT YOUR INNER DEMONS THAT DRIVE YOU.
